This option  is nutritious and has a light spicy, tropical flavor. It offers us the following benefits:

Ingredients for two servings

  • 5 tablespoons of raw almonds (50 g)
  • 10 teaspoons of grated coconut (50 grams)

  • Let the almonds soak overnight.
  • In the morning, we will blend the almonds in a blender together with the water, for at least two minutes, until we obtain an almond milk. The almond fiber will be removed, but we can use it to make cookies like flour.
  • Let’s mix the strained drink together with the grated coconut and ginger.
  • If we want, we can sweeten it with a little honey or agave syrup.

As an alternative  we can buy ready-made almond milk, and then the recipe will be much faster.

  • Let’s beat all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous texture.
  • Strain to prevent fiber from the seeds.
