Ingredients

  • an onion
  • a green pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 bag of frozen squid (200 g)
  • 1 or 2 fish fillets (200 g)
  • ⅔ cup of peas (100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika (5 g)
  • 4 cups of fish broth (1 liter)
  • ¾ cup of thick noodles (150 g)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ cup of oil (100 ml)
  • salt
  • chili
  • Water (as needed)

Preparation

  • First, chop the onion, peppers, and garlic cloves well. With these ingredients, make a saute in a pan with oil.
  • On the other hand, once they are tender, add the chopped tomato and stir constantly. Let it cook for 10 minutes or, if necessary, until the ingredients are tender.
  • Meanwhile, bring to the fire  a pan of boiling salted water.
  • Remove the scales and bones from the fish: the fish must be clean for the soup. If desired, in this pan you can add the fish bones or bones to add more flavor.
  • Soon after, add the sweet paprika to the stir-fry and stir. Immediately add hot water to this mixture. If the fish bones or skin have been previously placed in the water, you should add the water using a colander. You cannot add bones, skin or bones to the soup.

  • 1 tablespoon of oil (15 ml)
  • salt

Preparation

  • First, brown the meat in a pan with oil.
  • Also add the onion and the chopped peppers and sauté. Stir constantly so as not to burn.
  • On the other hand, to finish the sauce, add the fried tomato and saute all the ingredients for a minute.
  • Meanwhile, in another pan, cook the meat bones in salted water. Once boiled for about 10 minutes, add the resulting broth to the stir-fry. Add garlic and parsley as well.
  • Raise the heat, add the pasta and let the resulting mixture simmer for a few minutes.
