Tiramisu, of course, contains sugar, so we shouldn’t overindulge in it. It can be prepared with substitutes such as stevia or honey, but that will be up to us. On the other hand, we must take into account that the chocolate that is added must always be dark (preferably with a high percentage of cocoa, so that it is healthier).

Before proceeding with the recipe, we believe that it is necessary to comment on the nutritional value of tiramisu so that you know more or less the amount of calories you consume in a serving.

A piece of tiramisu, which is a 147 gram serving, usually has an energy content of 490 calories. This represents 25% of the recommended daily consumption (IDR) on average. It has an important content of fat and carbohydrates. Of these, 147 g, 31.67 grams correspond to fats and 42.47 grams are carbohydrates. The protein content is at 8.3 grams. Some suggestions for your tiramisu dessert

You’ve already seen how simple it is to prepare this dessert and the only thing is that you must have the patience to wait to share it. It is very likely that when you taste the tiramisu you prepared at home, you will not find it similar to what you buy on the street. This is because it is usually made with heavy cream.

To accompany your dessert, you can opt for a delicious cup of coffee (avoid the dark), or you can also accompany it with a good tea or infusion of your choice. Children can enjoy it with a citrus fruit juice and water. Older people can accompany it with half a glass of medium-bodied red wine to enhance its flavor.
