Method of preparation

  • Put the water to heat and, when it boils, add the grated ginger and the juice of one lemon.
  • Let stand at room temperature and, once it’s warm, add half a cucumber cut into slices.
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours or until cool.
  • If desired, garnish with mint leaves when serving.
