  • 1 medium egg (60 g).
  • 4 red tomatoes (200 g).
  • 1 cup of cucumbers (100 g).
  • 2 scoops of curry (50 g).
  • 1 spoon of cumin (25 g).
  • 2 sweet green peppers (10 g).
  • 3 cups of grated cheese (300 g).
  • 5 fresh arugula leaves (20 g).
  • 5 cups of ground beef (500 g).
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (60 ml).
  • 16 mini-hamburger buns (500 g).

Method of preparation

  • First get a large bowl and start preparing the meat.
  • Now, shred the ground beef and season it with all the spices. The ideal is to add them little by little.

  • 1 cup capers (100 g).
  • 2 medium eggs (180 g).
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander (15 g).
  • 4 leaves of fresh lettuce (50 g).
  • 1/2 chopped white onion (75 g).
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (60 ml).
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard (25 g).
  • 4 cups of freshly chopped salmon (400 g).
  • 4 slices of hamburger buns (200 g).

Method of preparation

  • 3 scoops with breadcrumbs (75 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of ground parsley (25 g).
  • 5 cups of chicken breast (500 g).
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (69 ml).

Method of preparation

  • The most important part of the recipe is the mixture for the meat. For this we will need a large bowl.
  • With the bowl, add the chicken along with the garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, cilantro and a little oil.
